How We Test

Our primary testing method is through Electronic Leak Detection, of which there are two methods:

  • LOW VOLTAGE TESTING: The wet test method, also known as earth leak detection and low voltage testing.

  • PINHOLE TESTING: The dry test method- this test is non-destructive and highly accurate, being able to detect pinholes in the membrane barely visible to the naked eye.

These tests do rely on the electrically conductive properties of the deck and insulating properties of the waterproofing to be effective so we also offer our differential pressure test when necessary such as for non-conductive decks.
